Returns you can understand before paying.

Ordering is not open. The exact return window and routing depend on the supplier and unit we select, so we will publish the complete, operational policy here before the first order.

The launch terms still to be fixed

The selected supplier must confirm the return window, required condition and packaging, exclusions, who pays return postage, whether any restocking fee applies, the receiving address, inspection process and defect procedure. We will not invent those terms or accept payment without them.

The final page will name the number of calendar days, state whether opened or used units qualify, state any restocking fee as a number or say there is none, and identify who pays postage for an ordinary return and for a defective or incorrect item.

How a return will start

Email hello@theboiltest.com with the order number and reason before sending anything. We will reply with authorization, packing instructions, the carrier method and the exact manufacturer-designated United States returns-center address. Do not send a purifier to a corporate or registered-agent address. The returns-center address will be published here once the supplier contract identifies it and before the first order.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will go to the original payment method. The final policy will state our processing deadline after the returned unit reaches the designated center and passes the disclosed inspection. The card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Any deduction allowed by the final policy will be shown before payment and itemized in the refund confirmation.

Cancellations, defects and wrong items

Before dispatch, ask us to cancel at the support address. If cancellation is still possible, we will promptly refund the full unshipped amount, including shipping. If the supplier has already dispatched the package, the published return process will apply. A damaged, defective or incorrect item will use the supplier-confirmed defect route, which will be stated here before sales open.

A link to this policy will sit beside the final pay action, not only in the footer. Ordering stays disabled until every term above is complete.
